Delivery Fees

$9.99 for all regular orders.

Free delivery can be obtained by adding any 3 exclusive items for only $19.95 at the checkout stage! You will be prompted to select three items that are exclusive to this offer. After you have made your choice, the shipping fee will be removed from your total.

Processing Times

Any orders placed and paid for by 12 Noon Monday - Friday are scheduled to ship out the same day.

For orders paid for after 12 Noon as well as Saturdays and Sundays, are scheduled to ship the following business day.

Delivery Types

We ship all orders via Canada Post (Xpresspost and Expedited).

  • A tracking number will be provided via confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Local Same-Day delivery is shipped via a local courier - more information for local delivery can be found HERE.

Delivery Timeframes

Canada Post (Tracked) has an estimated delivery process of 2 - 4 business days*.

*Please be aware that these are only estimates, which commence on the actual day the package is shipped and not the date the order is placed. Canada Post often experiences delays in processing and shipping, so we kindly ask that you remain patient even if the delivery times exceed that of the estimate.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Members will assume all responsibility for any orders placed once the tracking has been scanned as Out for Delivery.

XpressGrass will not be held responsible for any packages that are either lost, or stolen, after the delivery scan by Canada Post.
